Data Analyst
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant – Data Analyst ensuring the accuracy of data fetched from multiple sites. This role requires previous experience in data analysis, working with large datasets, and proficiency in spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate must have
strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with an
eye for detail to validate and structure data accuracy. Experience in
data cleansing, real-time data monitoring, and reporting is highly preferred.
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in data analysis – Ability to interpret and analyze datasets to extract insights.
✔ Experience working with large datasets – Skilled in managing, organizing, and ensuring data accuracy.
✔ Proficiency in spreadsheets – Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for data manipulation.
✔ Previous experience using data visualization tools – Familiarity with tools to create charts, graphs, and dashboards for data insights.
✔ Ability to detect patterns, anomalies, and errors – Expertise in spotting inconsistencies in fetched data.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Capable of breaking down complex data for decision-making.
✔ Attention to detail – Ensures precision and accuracy in data validation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in data cleansing and validation – Proficient in structuring and verifying data for accuracy.
- MLS experience/ knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills – Ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
- Experience with real-time data monitoring – Skilled in identifying and correcting errors in live data feeds.
- Independent and team-oriented – Self-motivated while effectively collaborating in a remote setup.
