SVS ID REQUEST

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Am I qualified to request for an ID?

Only those who have been with their client for at least a year are qualified to request an ID.

When can I request for an ID?

We distribute ID cards just once a year, during our Annual Event. The process starts in October, and we hand out the IDs in January.

It's been a year since I was hired by my client, but my tenure didn't last for a full year. Can I still place a request?

Yes. You can still request an ID even if your tenure was less than a year. As long as you are still an active member of Summit VA Solutions and qualified for client endorsement.

My first ID is about to expire, may I request for a new one?

Yes. If your ID is nearing expiration, feel free to request a renewal. IDs are valid for a period of two years.

If there are changes to my information, may I request a new ID?

Yes. If you already have an ID but need to update your information, feel free to request a new one.

Will I pay for the ID?

The cost of the ID will be covered by Summit VA Solutions. However, if you choose to have it shipped to your home, you will be responsible for the shipping or delivery fees as well as its arrangement.

***Having an SVS ID is a privilege, and Summit VA Solutions reserves the right to control its usage and distribution. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the SVS ID is strictly prohibited. Summit VA Solutions retains the authority to modify or revoke the ID privileges at its discretion. The possession of an SVS ID is not mandatory, as Virtual Assistants (VAs) are considered independent contractors; however, Summit VA Solutions will still provide it as a service. Please note that the SVS ID is not a government-issued or valid ID; it is a supplementary identification for internal purposes or other uses but does not fall under the valid ID classification in the Philippines.
