What is the cancellation policy for the event?
Once you've confirmed your attendance for the event, your name will be added to the guest list automatically. You will be given until December 25 to cancel your reservation. Canceling after Dec. 25, 2023 will result in a charge deducted from your salary.
Please note that once you RSVP, your commitment to attend is expected, and the company will cover the costs associated with your attendance at the event. Failing to attend without prior and proper notice would result in unnecessary expenditure for the company.
