Registration starts at 5:00 pm

What is the cancellation policy for the event?

Once you've confirmed your attendance for the event, your name will be added to the guest list automatically. You will be given until December 25 to cancel your reservation. Canceling after Dec. 25, 2024 will result in a charge deducted from your salary.

Please note that once you RSVP, your commitment to attend is expected, and the company will cover the costs associated with your attendance at the event. Failing to attend without prior and proper notice would result in unnecessary expenditure for the company.

What is the dress code for the event?

Dress in yer finest pirate attire—think tricorn hats, sashes, boots, and all things swashbucklin’! We be givin' out prizes for the best-dressed crew!

Will there be booze?

Absolutely! We've got a mobile bar ready for you, stocked with unlimited drinks for everyone!

May I bring a guest to the event?

This event is exclusively reserved for Summit VAs, and attendees are not permitted to bring plus ones.

What are the transportation and parking options for the event?

For those commuting, taking a taxi to Forest Lodge is the recommended option.

If you're driving, parking is available at Forest Lodge, a parking fee will be charged by the venue.

We advise you to arrive early to avoid parking difficulties.
